1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

• "We currently ship to Ireland, the United Kingdom, and select European countries. Our estimated delivery timeframe across these regions is 3 to 7 business days."

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasonal periods (such as summer or the winter holidays) or due to customs/courier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

• Ireland & United Kingdom: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.

• Europe: Flat rate of €7.99, or FREE Shipping for orders over €65.00.

4. Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped from our European partner warehouses to customers within Ireland (EU) and the United Kingdom will not incur any customs duties or unexpected import fees.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at info@avensto.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take photos so we can file a claim with the courier and send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
