Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Avensto (avensto.com). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. 14-Day Right to Return

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your items. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • For seasonal or electronics items (such as cooling fans, smart kitchen gadgets, or garden tools), the product must not have been turned on, registered, or filled with water/liquids (where applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons once opened, including used BBQ/cooking utensils, personal care items, or products that have been modified.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at  info@avensto.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please include clear photographs or a short video demonstrating the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Order Cancellations

As per our store policy, you can cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped. Once an order is fulfilled and a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the standard return process upon receiving the package.
